Should a replacement not be found, the Artist agrees to refund the client any deposits or pre-paid fees.Terms & Conditions<ul><li>The Artist will arrive at the venue at the agreed time for setup and soundcheck.</li><li>A suitable performance area with a safe, adequate power supply must be provided.</li><li>The Artist reserves the right to refuse performance if the venue conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.</li><li>The Artist and the Client agree that the equipment and instruments of each musician performing at the event are not available for use by any other person, except by specific permission.</li><li>The Client shall not make or permit the making of any audio and/or visual recording or transmission of the performance without the prior written consent of the Artist.</li><li>Any changes to the performance schedule must be agreed in writing at least 7 days in advance.</li><li>This contract is subject to force majeure events beyond our control.</li></ul>') }}
